Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は練り歯磨組成物に関するものである。
練り歯磨は研磨作用が本来の目的とするものであ
るが、歯刷子上に押し出したときの保形性、歯磨
時の口ざわりの良さ、歯磨後の洗浄性の良さなど
種々の性能を要求され、これを満すため多数の薬
剤が配合されている。
本発明者はマイクロフイブリル化セルロース
（以下MFCと略す）の水懸濁液を配合すると保形
性、保水性、口ざわりなどの良い歯磨が得られる
ことをみとめ、本発明に到達した。
本発明に用いるMFCとは、パルプ繊維をスラ
リー状で、特開昭56−100801号明細書に示された
方法で叩解することによつて得られるものであつ
て、同明細書には「微小繊維状セルロース」とし
て定義されているものである。固型分濃度が0.5
〜６％程度のMFCの水懸濁液はペースト状であ
つて、安定な分散状態を呈するものである。
MFCを歯磨に配合するにあたつては、粘結剤
の一部をこれにおきかえるのが適当である。本発
明を以下の実施例によつて説明する。
実施例及び比較列 水64.6ｇにCMC3.2ｇ、グリセリン37.4ｇを加
えて均一な溶液とし、この溶液にラウリル硫酸ナ
トリウム4.3ｇを加え、さらに炭化カルシウム
86.2ｇ、無水ケイ酸4.3ｇを加えて充分混和し、
歯磨組成物Ａを得た。（比較例） 別に水34ｇにCMC1.6ｇ、グリセリン37.4ｇを
加えて均一な溶液とし、固形分濃度４％のMFC
懸濁液33ｇを加えて混合し、さらにラウリル硫酸
ナトリウム4.3ｇ、炭酸カルシウム86.3ｇ、無水
ケイ酸4.3ｇを加えて混練し、歯磨組成物Ｂを当
た。（実施例） ＡとＢをそれぞれポリエチレン製チユーブに充
填し、径７mmの口金を通じて歯刷子の上に押出し
た。Ａは押出し形状が少しダレたようになつたが
Ｂは形くずれしなかつた。Ａ及びＢを用いて歯を
磨いたところ、口ざわり及び磨いた後の水すゝぎ
による洗浄性ともＢがすぐれていた。
なお、チユーブ充填後40℃に加温してから歯刷
子の上に押出しても同様の結果が得られ、Ａは多
少型くずれしたのに対し、Ｂの保形性は良好であ
つた。
