Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板の一方の主面に於いて整列配置された
複数の発電領域を直列接続せしめた光起電力装置
と、該光起電力装置を実装せるケーシングと、を
備え、上記ケーシングは上記発電領域に光を照射
せしめるべき窓部を有すると共に、該窓部に於け
る発電領域の整列方向の両側縁対向箇所に凹レン
ズ手段を配置したことを特徴とした光起電力装置
の実装構造。
