空間を画成してなるものにおいて、上記試験用材料の一
端側の断熱空間には低温液化ガスによる冷媒を試験用材
料に噴当する強制冷却ノズルとコントロール用ノズルを
併設し、試験用材料の他端側にはヒーターを付設してな
