Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スタテイツクＲＡＭと不揮発性の電気的書換可
    能ＲＯＭとの各メモリビツトが独立して１対１に
    結合される素子からなる記憶部と、電源電圧を検
    出し、電圧低下時には低下検出信号を、また電圧
    復帰時には復帰検出信号を送出する電圧制御手段
    と、電源のオン動作時に上記スタテイツクＲＡＭ
    とデータ転送を行ない、上記低下検出信号入力時
    に上記スタテイツクＲＡＭ内のデータを上記不揮
    発性の電気的書換可能ＲＯＭに書き込ませ、また
    上記復帰検出信号入力時に上記不揮発性の電気的
    書換可能ＲＯＭの内容を再び上記スタテイツクＲ
    ＡＭ内に書き込ませる処理演算手段とを具備した
    ことを特徴とする小型電子計算機。
