    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定ユニットのベースにコンタクトユニットが取付けら
    れたＩＣ試験ｉ置の測定ユ＝ットにおいて、上記コンタ
    クトユニットには空気圧制御により動作するコンタクト
    ドライバが複数設けられ、これらコンタクトードライバ
    の空気圧供路のためのエアカプラのプラグが上記コンタ
    クトユニットの一面に設けられ、そのエアカプラのプラ
    グと近接対向してカプラ用基板が設けられ、そのカプラ
    用基板には上記プラグが挿入結合され、バルブ内蔵のソ
    ケットが取付けられ、そのカプラ用基板と上記コンタク
    トユニットとは取外し自在に互に固定されてなるＩＣ試
    験装置の測定ユニット。
