Claims (1)
- 好気性発酵を行なう発酵槽の外部にサイクロン
を設け、発酵槽より排出される空気を導入して同
伴する発酵液を回収し、これを還流導管を介して
上記発酵槽に戻す発酵液の回収装置において、上
記サイクロンの外部に設けられ、サイクロンの上
部に液状消泡剤を噴霧導入する消泡剤噴霧装置と
、上記還流導管に接続され、取付けられている空
気供給弁の開閉により間歇的に空気を供給する空
気供給管と、上記還流導管の上記空気供給管接続
部の上流側に取付けられ、上記空気供給弁が開い
ている間は閉じ、閉じている間は開く還流液弁と
を有することを特徴とする発酵液の回収装置。
