図は、第1図図示の熱交換器を通る流体および空
気の流れを示す図式図、第3図は、第1図図示の
熱交換器の管コアに用いられるフイン付き管の斜
視図、第4図は、第1図図示の熱交換器内壁部に
適用される音響材料を一部破断して示す断面斜視
図、そして、第5図は、第1図図示の音散逸マフ
ラに用いられる邪魔板を1部破断して示す断面斜

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱交換器内で流体から空気へ熱転移するこ
とによつて流体から熱除去するための電力装置冷
却用熱交換器であつて、使用時に縦に配置され、
実質的にカバーされた側部を有する長いハウジン
グと、該ハウジング内に置かれて、冷却すべき電
力装置と流体連通される流体入口および流体出口
を有する熱交換管コアと、上記ハウジングの少な
くとも一側のほぼ下端に設けられて、空気流を滑
らかに上方へ向けるための案内装置を有し、空気
を水平に流入させる空気入口と、上記ハウジング
の少なくとも一側のほぼ上端に設けられて下端か
ら流入した空気を垂直方向からほぼ水平方向に滑
らかに偏向して排出させる空気出口と、上記管コ
ア近傍で上記ハウジング内に配置され、空気をハ
ウジング内で垂直上向きに移動させて上記管コア
を通してこれと接触させる空気送り装置と、上記
管コアおよび空気送り装置の上方および下方の位
置でハウジング内に置かれて、空気流を案内しか
つノイズレベルを最小限にするように働く消音材
とを備えた電力装置冷却用熱交換器。 (2) 上記管コアが複数のフイン付き管を有し、
これらフイン付き管は中間点で所定角度に曲げら
れ、第3および第4側部間に延びるように方向づ
けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記
載の電力装置冷却用熱交換器。 (3) 上記管コアが上部および下部セクシヨンに
垂直方向に分割された複数のフイン付き管を有し
、上記空気送り装置が上記上部および下部セクシ
ヨン間の空気間に置かれている実用新案登録請求
の範囲第(1)項記載の電力装置冷却用熱交換器。 (4) 上記空気送り装置が並列運転される第1お
よび第2のフアンを有する実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(3)項記載の電力装置冷却用熱交換器。 (5) 上記フイン付き管は中間点が折れ曲げられ
て所定方向のV字形をなすように方向づけられ、
上記第1および第2のフアンは各々水平線に関し
て所定角度に配向されたフアン面上に置かれ、上
記フアン面は鈍角で交差している実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(4)項記載の電力装置冷却用熱交換器
。
