Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転軸と一体的に回転する軸スリーブと固
定側のハウジングとの間に永久磁石とポールピー
スとからなる磁気回路が形成されたシール部を設
けると共に、該シール部に磁性流体を供給して隙
間部に磁性流体を集中させてシールするようにし
た磁性流体シール装置において、前記ハウジング
には前記磁性流体を冷却するための半導体式冷却
器が設けられていることを特徴とする磁性流体シ
ール装置。 (2) 軸スリーブをベローズを介して回転軸に取
付けた実用新案登録請求の範囲の第１項記載の磁
性流体シール装置。
