を示す縦断面図である。 図中、１０はフランジ付き複合型軸受、１１は

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金属製の外筒の内周面と軸方向の一方の端
面との両方に、円筒状の軸受部と該軸受部の軸方
向の一方の端部から外筒の外径面をこえて半径方
向外方に伸びるフランジ部とを有する内筒が、合
成樹脂の射出成形によつて一体に固着しているこ
とを特徴とするフランジ付き複合型軸受。 (2) 外筒の内周面は凸状周面と該凸状周面の軸
方向両側に設けた大径部とを有し、凸状周面の軸
方向両側端縁と大径部との間の段部に、それぞれ
軸方向内側に向つて傾斜するテーパ面が形成され
ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフラ
ンジ付き複合型軸受。 (3) 内筒の内周面に動圧発生用のみぞが形成さ
れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第
２項記載のフランジ付き複合型軸受。 (4) 合成樹脂材料による射出成形時に、内筒が
接着剤などの固着手段により外筒の内周面に固着
されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の
フランジ付き複合型軸受。
