Claims (1)
- 昇降可能な基盤３の上部に取付フレーム４を介
して金型定盤５を設けると共に該基盤３には下方
から上方に貫通して前記金型定盤５の上面に達す
る吸引管８を配設し、該金型定盤５の若干上方両
側には、その間隔を調整可能にした金型６受け入
れのための中抜ローラフレーム１２，１２を配設
し、前記中抜ローラフレーム１２，１２の上方に
は下方から順に下側ヒータ２４、シート保持枠２
５および上側ヒータ２６をそれぞれ適当な間隔を
おくと共に水平移動可能に配設し、前記基盤３上
には前記取付フレーム４を囲む箱状のブローボツ
クス１３を昇降可能に設け、該ブローボツクス１
３の上端開口は上昇時においてその上端がシート
保持枠２５の下面に当接すると共に金型６を収納
可能な大きさにされ、かつその下端は上昇時にお
いて前記金型定盤５に当接するように内側に折り
曲げられたフランジ部１６に構成され、側部には
圧縮空気源に連通するエヤー管１８を配設したこ
とを特徴とするフリーブローイング成形装置。
