Claims (1)
- シリンダと平行に配置されるガイドレールに前
記シリンダの伸縮方向に沿つた板状電気抵抗体を
固定し、前記板状電気抵抗体に摺接する電気接点
を有する摺動子を取付けたセンサロツドを前記シ
リンダの伸縮と一体的に摺動自在に設け、前記セ
ンサロツドを摺動自在に保持する軸受ボスに前記
ガイドレールの一端を固定するとともに前記ガイ
ドレールの他端を弾性部材を介して固定部材に連
結し、前記ガイドレール及び前記センサロツドを
囲む円筒状パイプを設け、この円筒状パイプの一
端をＯリングを介して前記軸受ボスに外嵌すると
ともに円筒状パイプの他端を前記弾性部材の外周
に密着状態に外嵌したことを特徴とするシリンダ
位置検出装置。
