  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発酵槽内を液化槽部とガス化槽部とに中仕
    切板で分け、この中仕切板に連通孔を設けると共
    に、この中仕切板の前記液化槽部側に前記連通孔
    の下方から上方に延びる補助中仕切板を設けて、
    この補助中仕切板と前記中仕切板との間に中間槽
    部を構成し、この中間槽部と前記連通孔とを介し
    て前記液化槽部と前記ガス化槽部とを連通したこ
    とを特徴とする二相式メタン発酵装置。 (2) 中仕切板及び補助中仕切板は熱伝導体にて
    構成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第(1)項記載の二相式メタン発酵装置。 (3) 中仕切板には液面より上方に槽圧連通孔を
    設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
