【発明の詳細な説明】 （イ）産業上の利用分野 原反の裁断する長さを連続可変できる 裁断機に関する装置 （ロ）従来の技術 フレキシブルコンテナに使用する材料の内ポリプロピレ
ン系の麻生地原反は電熱こてを使用し人が毎回長さを測
り裁断していた（ハ）発明が解決しようとする問題点 人による裁断では能率に限界があり裁断寸法も人によっ
てバラツキがあるこの寸法測定裁断の動作を自動化する
事により以上の問題点を解決する事を目的とする （ニ）問題点を解決するための手段 この発明を図面に基づいて説明するとモーターで起動す
るローラー部（２）とニクロム線（６）と原反を押える
バネ（７）これらを上下させるトルクモーター（５）よ
りなる裁断部又全体の動作を制御するシーケンス部（第
４図）より構成している（ホ）作用 まずハード面から説明すると上下（２，１２）ローラー
で原反をはせみモーターとベルト（４）で連結した下側
のゴムローラー（２）で送り出す 設定置に達するとモーター（３）が停止し裁断部が下降
する　バネ部（７）が先にニクロム線（６）の接触する
両側を押え次にニクロム線が下降し原反を溶解切断する
この動作をカウンターで設定した数だけくり返す 次にソフト面ではセンサーとしてロータリーエンコーダ
ー（１０）の回転時に発するパルスを利用しそのパルス
をカウンターに入力させている 制御盤のスタートボタンを押すと裁断部が上昇している
事を確認するリミットスイッチ（１１）ニクロム線のス
イッチが入っている事を確認するリレーが働ているとモ
ーター（３）が作動するこの作動と同時にローラー部に
接触させたロータリーエンコーダーが回転しカウントを
始める設定した値まで来るとモーターは停止しトルクモ
ーター（５）が下降する　下のリミットスイッチ（１１
）に当るとトルクモーターは停止し設定したタイマーに
より静止するタイマーアップ後トルクモーターは上昇し
上のリミットスイッチで停止する　以上の動作を設定し
たカウンターの数だけくり返す （ヘ）発明の効果 この発明は以上説明した様に裁断カウンターにより寸法
を任意に変更できる事 又枚数も任意に設定できる　このため人による裁断時よ
り数倍能率も上がり正確である

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）ローラーで送り出す原反をローラ（１）に接触させ
    たセンサー（ロータリーエンコーダー）（１０）のパル
    スにより送り出す長さを 検知させニクロム線（６）で直線状に 裁断する事を特徴とするポリプロピレン系 原反定寸裁断機 ２）ローラーを起動するモーター（３） 裁断部を上下させるトルクモーター（５） の操作を制御する事 ロータリーエンコーダー（１０）のパルスを入力して任
    意に設定したカウンター設定まで モーターを動作させる事 又切断する枚数を任意に設定した回数 だけトルクモーター及びモーターを動作させる事以上を
    制御するシーケンス装置によって おこなうようにした事を特徴とする ポリプロピレン系原反定寸裁断機
