Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はセグメントの遠心力成形型枠を解体或
は組立構成する際に使用されるセグメント脱型機
に係り、更に詳しくは架台上に軸受を介してシヤ
フトを回動自在に取付け、かつ該シヤフトの一端
にセグメント用遠心力成形型枠を着脱自在に固定
し得る回転板を設け、更に該シヤフトの他端にこ
のシヤフトを回転させると共に所定位置に停止し
得る制動機構を備えた電動機及びスプロケツト等
よりなる駆動固定装置を取付けて構成したことを
特徴としたセグメント脱型機に関するものであ
る。本件出願人は既にセグメントを遠心力成形法
により製造する技術及びこの遠心力成形を可能と
した成形型枠について開発し、特許出願或は実用
新案登録出願しているが、遠心力成形法を実施す
るに当つて、リング状に組立構成した型枠をセグ
メントが収納された状態で解体すること、及びセ
グメントを脱型した後各型枠ピースを組立構成す
ることが作業的に能率が悪いことが判つた。従つ
て、前記出願に於ても効率の良い脱型機をその一
部に於て使用したが、本考案は更にこれを改良
し、特にセグメントの遠心力成形型枠をセグメン
トが収納されたまゝ簡単に解体し、かつセグメン
トを脱型した後は再び元の状態に組立構成するこ
とを可能としたセグメント脱型機に関するもので
ある。図により本考案に係る脱型機の一実施例を
具体的に説明すると、第1図及び第2図に於て、
1は架台であつて、その上部には軸受2を介して
シヤフト3が回動自在に軸着されている。4はセ
グメント用遠心力成形型枠5の側面にボルト6を
介して取付けることが出来るリング状の回転板で
あつて、十字状支柱7を介して前記シヤフト3の
一端に取付けられている。又回転板4には外枠8
の取付ボルト9或は継手取付ボルト10を夫々着
脱する為の大径の着脱孔11が所定位置に穿孔さ
れている。更にシヤフト3の他端にはスプロケツ
ト12、チエーン13及び電動機14等よりなる
シヤフト3の回転及び固定を制御する駆動固定装
置が設けられている。

本考案に係る脱型機の使用に当つては第2図乃
至第4図に示す如く、型枠5内で養生完了された

ン等で縦吊りされるか或は昇降機等で持上げられ
たまゝ脱型機迄運ばれ、一方の側板16を回転板
4に密着させ、ボルト6によつて型枠5と回転板
4及び仕切板15とを連結し、この状態でシヤフ
ト3を回転させて型枠5の一部の外枠8が一番下
方に来る如く型枠5を移動させると共に駆動固定
装置によりシヤフト3を固定し、次に一番下方に
来た外枠8を側板16及び仕切板15から解体す
ることによつて、外枠8の内面にセグメント17
を載置したまゝ予め下方に用意した昇降機、移動
台車又はフオークリフト等によつて取出すことが
出来る。今迄一番下に来ていた外枠8の解体が完
了した後は再びシヤフト3を一定量回転させ、次
の外枠8を一番下に持つて来て固定し、この状態
で前述の作業を繰返すことによつて外枠8と共に
次のセグメント17を取出すことが出来る。この
作業を繰返すことによつて型枠5を構成していた
数個の外枠8を順に解体し、これ等に収納されて
いたセグメント17をその都度取出すことが出来
る。型枠5を再び組立構成する場合には前述の如
く、脱型機の回転板4に型枠5の一方の側板16
及び仕切板15が取付けられているので、これ等
の間に外枠8を順に挿入してボルト止めし、更に
一方の側板16を外枠8及び仕切板15の側面に
ボルト止めすることによつて簡単に組立構成する
ことが出来る。図中18はセグメント17に設け
られた継手板、19は中子、20はアンカー筋で
ある。上記実施例に於ては回転板4と型枠5とを
ボルト6を側板16及び仕切板15に螺合するこ
とによつて固定したが、回転板による型枠5の支
持が弱い場合には第5図に示す如く、支柱7に仕
切板ブラケツト21を取付け、これによつて型枠
5の仕切板15を支持するように構成することも
可能である。

がなく、解体及び組立に場所を取らない等の特徴
を有するものである。
