う不具合があつた。 Conventionally, titanium electrodes with a copper core and a titanium-coated outer skin have been used as plating electrodes with an outer skin layer, but with this electrode structure, the workability of titanium is poor, making it difficult to use. It is not possible to obtain irregularly shaped products, and if the shape is unreasonably complicated, the copper material will be exposed, causing roughness and fogging of the plating layer, and it is also expensive.
