第３図ａは本考案の固定デイスク装置用カバーに
使用されるパツキングの縦断面図、ｂはそのＸ―
Ｘ断面図、ｃはこれをカバー部材に接着させた縦
断面図、第４図はＦＩＰＧ法で作つた本考案の固
定デイスク装置用カバーの部分断面図を示したも
のである。 １……トツプカバー、２……ダウンカバー、３
……デイスク、４……スピンドルモーター、５…
…内部循環フイルター、６……呼吸用フイルター
、７，１１……パツキング、８……スポンジ体、
９……接着剤、１０……離型紙、１２……隆起部
、１３……溝部、１４……半球円状部。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 予じめカバー部材接合部の形状に形成した固
    形パツキング材をカバー部接合部に一体に接着し
    てなることを特徴とする固定デイスク装置用カバ
    ー。 ２ パツキング材がシリコーンゴムからなる実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の固定デイスク装
    置用カバー。 ３ パツキング材の成形、接着がＦＩＰＧ法で行
    なわれる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の固
    定デイスク装置用カバー。 ４ シリコーンゴムからなるパツキング材をシリ
    コーン系接着剤で真空下に接着する実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の固定デイスク装置用カバ
    ー。 ５ パツキング材が常温加硫型または熱加硫型の
    シリコーンゴムとされる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第３項記載の固定デイスク装置用カバー。
