Conventionally, in oil combustors such as Utility Model Application No. 53-51751, in which an oil tank and a burner are installed in one frame, the heat of the burner directly affects the oil tank, raising the oil temperature. Structures have been used to insulate the oil tank and improve heat dissipation from the oil tank.
However, heat insulation by a heat shield plate has poor heat dissipation from the heat shield body, and if the temperature rises, the heat shielding effect of the oil tank will be reduced. Prevents the temperature of the hot plate from rising.

Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-141074 proposes that the absorption channel of the indoor air convection fan be drawn from the bottom of the heater frame through the oil tank chamber.

Even if an air flow is formed in the gap between the heat shield plate and the oil tank chamber to prevent the temperature of the heat shield from rising, it is completely impossible to prevent the temperature from rising due to heat buildup in the oil tank chamber. Also, when creating a forced air flow in the oil tank room, if the oil tank room is used as an indoor air flow path, the cooling effect of the oil tank can be obtained, but it is necessary to attach a large area filter to the bottom of the frame and clean it frequently. If the filter is clogged and the air volume decreases, heat dissipation into the frame will be poor and the temperature will become abnormally high.
The oil level in the oil tank also increased.

In this invention, a wind shielding plate 6 is provided on a part of the front surface of the convection fan 5, so that a part of the indoor air that is supplied into the heater frame by the convection fan 5 and heading toward the hot air outlet 15 is connected to the wind shielding plate 6. Since the air vent 8 is provided at the bottom of the gap, the air sent to the gap between the wind shield plate 6 and the heater back plate 7 is is supplied to the lower surface of the burner heat shield plate 3, and is further sent into the oil tank chamber A through an opening 15 provided at the bottom thereof. Therefore, indoor air flows around the oil tank 1, and the oil tank 1 can be kept at a low temperature.

4, a part of the air sent to the gap between the wind shield plate 6 and the back plate 7 flows from the air hole 14 to the gap between the wind shield plate 6 and the heat shield plate 13, forming a cooling air flow. This prevents the temperature rise of the windshield plate 6 and prevents the oil tank chamber A from rising.

As described above, when the convection fan 5 rotates, an air flow can be forcibly formed around the oil tank 1, and the burner heat shield plate 3 and the surface of the oil tank 1 are cooled by the indoor air. It is now possible to prevent the oil temperature from rising.

3 is provided, and the wind shield plate 6 and the heat shield plate 13 are installed from the air hole 14.
Since indoor air flow was formed in the gap between burner 2
The problem that the wind shield plate 6 is heated by the amount of heat and high-temperature air is sent to the oil tank chamber A can be prevented, and safety is improved.

The amount was very small and problems caused by dust could be prevented.

デザインの暖房器を得ることができた。 Also, a wind shield plate 6 forming a flow path to the oil tank chamber A
By providing a heat shield plate 13 between the burner 2 and the burner 2, and opening air holes 14 in the wind shield plate 6, the temperature of the wind shield plate 6 that forms the flow path to the oil tank chamber 6 is always kept at a low temperature. Since the oil temperature is maintained at a low temperature and effectively forcedly cooled by the convection fan 5, the oil temperature can be kept low and abnormal combustion in the burner 2 can be prevented. Furthermore, since the oil tank 1 is forcedly cooled, there is no need to provide a large number of air circulation holes for heat radiation in the heater frame, making it possible to obtain a heater with an excellent design.
