    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケーシングと、このケーシング内に配置され回
    転軸を回転自在に支承する軸受と、この軸受の外
    周に嵌合しケーシングとは所定の間隙を配した軸
    受ハウジングと、この軸受ハウジングとケーシン
    グとにより形成される間隙に軸方向離間して配置
    した一対の弾性体とを備えた軸受装置において、
    弾性体、軸受ハウジングおよびケーシングとによ
    り形成される空間に磁性流体を収容し、この磁性
    流体を空間内に封じ込む永久磁石をケーシングま
    たは軸受ハウジングに装着するようにしたことを
    特徴とするターボ分子ポンプの軸受装置。
