The piping set S and the electrical component E are arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction, and the front plate F is opened to perform service and wiring work on the electrical component E from the front. If the direction is limited to the front, and due to the installation circumstances of outdoor unit A, the side surface on which the switching kit is installed is facing a wall or screen of the building, and the distance between them is narrow, it may be difficult to perform service or wiring. There is a problem that the workability becomes very poor, and in order to ensure good workability, a certain work space is required in front of the front plate F, and as a result, the installation position of the outdoor unit A is changed. There were also problems with restrictions.

It is necessary to provide a partition structure W with high sealing performance between the set S and the electric component E, which also increases costs.

The purpose of this is to facilitate wiring work and service work during installation, even if the distance between the outdoor unit and the wall or screen of the building is narrow due to the installation circumstances, and to conduct wiring work and service work systematically and efficiently. ,
To provide a switching kit which can be carried out in an orderly manner, does not require a partition structure with high sealing performance, and can be made compact and inexpensive as a whole.

The piping set 2 installed inside the main body casing 1 is installed in the lower part, and the component units 5 and 6 are installed in the upper part, so the width direction dimension is shorter than that of the conventional product shown in Fig. 10. Since it can be made vertically long, it can be attached to the side surface b of the thin outdoor unit A as shown in FIG. 8, or it can also be attached to the rear plate c on the outlet side as shown in FIG. In addition, in Figure 8, 1
Reference numeral 5 denotes a mounting base for opening the suction port provided on the side surface b, and the switching kit K is mounted to this mounting base 15 via the mounting brackets 13 and 14.

In addition, each of the parts sets 5 and 6 are removable, and the functional parts and locally installed parts are separated and arranged, so it is easy to install, not only for wiring work but also for servicing. This can be done extremely easily without being restricted by the installation direction of outdoor unit A.

-25, there are many electrical parts such as relays, timers, terminal boards, etc., and depending on their arrangement, the condensed water generated in the pipes 20 to 25 may have an adverse effect on the electrical parts, and the on-site work may be affected. In order to eliminate the negative effect of poor performance, the piping section is placed below the casing 1, and the electrical parts are placed above it.Furthermore, electrical parts that require on-site construction are separated from those that do not, so that they can be installed on-site. By locating the construction part at the top where it can be easily handled, it is possible to prevent condensed water generated around the piping from splashing on the electrical parts, and it has also been possible to improve workability on site.

In addition, the functional parts set 5 and on-site construction parts 6, which are divided into parts, are supported in series by a pair of brackets 11 and 12, and A pair of missing portions 10 are provided in the abutment portion 10 located at the contact portion 10 for inserting and removing the holding bodies 3 and 4 of each set 5 and 6.
a and 10b are provided to secure space when attaching and detaching each set 5 and 6 in the front and back direction, so it is easy to attach and detach each set 5 and 6 at the same time, and the sealing performance by the abutting portion 10 is improved. The inhibition of this could be kept to a minimum by only the pair of missing parts 10a and 10b.

できるに至つたのである。 As described above, the present invention is installed on the outer wall surface of the outdoor unit A that houses the compressor 41 and the outdoor heat exchanger 43, and connects the outdoor connecting pipe R1 and the indoor connecting pipe.
This is a switching kit for a multi-room separate air conditioner for relaying connections between the outdoor unit A and a plurality of indoor units B and C via R2 , and the top and front surfaces are open. The upper plate 1a and the front plate 1b are provided with a contact portion 10 bent inward at the edge of the side plates 1c and 1d facing the upper surface and the front opening of the casing 1, so that the upper plate 1a and the front plate 1b can be freely attached and detached. A plurality of refrigerant pipes 20 to 2 having electromagnetic valves SV 1 to SV 4 are attached to the lower part of the main casing 1.
5, a functional parts set 5 in which electrical components such as relays and timers are held in a box-shaped first holder 3 having flanges 3a and 3b, and a plate-shaped second holder. 4 and a locally installed parts set 6 holding electrical parts that require on-site installation such as terminal boards, and each of these sets 5,
6, the local parts set 6 is attached to the flanges 3a, 3b of the first holding body 3 so as to be in the upper stage.
and both ends of the second holding body 4 are overlapped,
It is supported removably between a pair of brackets 11 and 12 provided on the upper side of the piping set 2 in the main body casing 1 and inside the side plates 1c and 1d, and is located near each of the brackets 11 and 12. The first holding body 3 is attached to the contact portion 10.
and a pair of missing parts 1 for inserting and removing the second holding body 4
0a and 10b, wiring work and service work can be carried out extremely easily and orderly regardless of the installation convenience of the outdoor unit A, and the above-mentioned piping Since the set 2 is placed at the bottom and the parts sets 5 and 6 are placed at the top, the main body casing 1 can be made vertically long and therefore compact, and when it is assembled to the outdoor unit A, it can also be installed on its side. In addition, condensed water generated in the piping set 2 will not come into contact with electrical components, and an expensive partition structure with high sealing performance can be eliminated, resulting in cost reduction. In particular, outdoor unit A
In the case of a multi-room separate air conditioner in which a plurality of indoor units B and C are connected to the refrigerant pipes 20 to 25 having solenoid valves SV 1 to SV 4 necessary for relaying the connections, There are many electrical parts such as relays, timers, terminal boards, etc., and depending on their arrangement, the condensed water generated in the pipes 20 to 25 may have a negative effect on the electrical parts, and workability on site may be poor. In order to eliminate this problem, the piping section is placed below the casing 1 and the electrical parts are placed above it.Furthermore, the electrical parts that require on-site construction are separated from those that do not, and the on-site construction parts are arranged. By placing it in the upper part where it is easy to handle, it is possible to prevent condensed water generated around the piping from splashing on the electrical components, and it also improves workability on site, making it an extremely practical switching kit. We have now been able to provide the following.

In addition, the functional parts set 5 and the on-site construction parts 6, which are divided into parts, are supported in series by a pair of brackets 11 and 12, and the parts are placed near the brackets 11 and 12. The first and second holding bodies 3, 4 are attached to the abutting portion 10 located at the contact portion 10.
A pair of missing parts 10a, 1 for putting in and taking out the
0b is provided to ensure a space for attaching and detaching each set 5 and 6 when attaching and detaching them in the front and back direction. Therefore, each set 5 and 6 can be easily attached and detached at the same time, and the sealing performance by the abutting portion 10 is improved. This is not achieved by supporting the two sets 5 and 6 on separate brackets and providing two pairs of missing parts corresponding to the positions of these two sets of brackets, but by treating only the pair of missing parts 10a and 10b. This could be kept to a minimum.
