Claims (1)
- 被処理液を溶質濃度の薄い製造水の濃縮水とに
分離する逆浸透膜部と、この逆浸透膜部から製造
水を取出す製造水取出ラインと、この製造水取出
ラインに設けられた流量検出器と、前記逆浸透膜
部から濃縮水を取出す濃縮水取出ラインと、この
濃縮水取出ラインに設けられた流量制御弁と、前
記流量検出器の測定値に基づいて前記流量制御弁
の開度を制御する制御器とを具備したことを特徴
とする造水プラントの製造水流量制御装置。
