- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 円環状の台金の内周縁に砥粒層が形成されてな
り、その外周縁が固定治具により固定されるとと
もに、固定治具の押圧部で台金を圧迫されて張力
を加えられる内周刃砥石において、 前記台金の治具押圧部により圧迫される部分の
抗張力を、台金の内周部の抗張力の８０〜９０％
としたことを特徴とする内周刃砥石。
