ホツパー4がこれに搭載されている。装炭ホツパ
ー3には底部に切出し口が設けられており、切出

ような高圧流体を噴射させる噴射孔15bを下方
垂直方向に開口させた例えば第4図斜視図に示す
ような環状ノズルヘツダー15が設けられてい
る。しかして、該環状ノズルヘツダー15は供給
筒(外筒)8bの外周に、8bに周設された油圧
シリンダー15aを介して設けられており、8b
の降下に伴ない装入蓋装着枠14に接近するとと

されていた装入蓋22が装入口13に装着され
