枠、５…セラミツクス管。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 反応容器等の内壁の腐食量を直接かつ連続的に
    モニタする標準試験片を直接上記反応容器等の内
    部に装着し、上記試験片の電気抵抗変化により上
    記試験片の腐食量を連続的に測定して上記反応容
    器等の内壁の腐食を推定する腐食モニタ用プロー
    ブにおいて、プローブ本体をガラスあるいは外枠
    が金属製でその内部をガラスとし、上記ガラス内
    部に上記標準試験片の一部分を埋め込み、上記標
    準試験片の他の部分を上記反応容器等の内部に露
    出させたことを特徴とする腐食モニタ用プローブ
    。
