In order to prevent the 0 from wobbling particularly backward, its rear surface was regulated in position by two support rods 15. The support rods 15 are attached such that the base ends are rotatably supported by metal fittings 16 on both left and right ends of the back of the pedal box 10, and the tips are drilled into the lower surface of the shelf board 12. It was attached by being inserted into the two receiving holes 12a, respectively. In this case, the depth of the receiving hole 12a is such that the pedal box 10 is perpendicular to the lower surface of the shelf board 12 when the tip of the support rod 15 is inserted, and that the pedal box 10 is not twisted left or right relative to the front surface of the shelf board 12. I had to set it so that it didn't exist. Therefore, the receiving hole 12a must be drilled in advance to be shallower than the required dimension, and the depth of the left and right holes must be adjusted using a drill by matching the actual items, which is very time-consuming. It was hot.
Also, if this receiving hole 12a is made too deep than the required dimension, the tip of the support rod 15 and the receiving hole 12a
A gap will be created between the bottom of the
When operating the pedal 14, the pedal box 1 is moved to a position where the tip of the support rod 15 comes into contact with the bottom of the receiving hole 12a.
0 moved and was unable to fully fulfill its function as a support rod.

The support rod is formed separately from the piano case, is attached to the lower surface of the piano case, and has a holding part capable of holding the tip of the support rod, thereby making it possible to adjust the installation. , is intended to be simple and complete.

and a support 21. The base end of the support rod 15 is pivotally supported by a metal fitting 16 on the back surface of the pedal box 10 so as to be rotatable. The support 21 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and screw holes 21a are bored at the four corners. Reference numeral 22 denotes a cylindrical hole bored in the support 21, into which the tip of the support rod 15 can be inserted from below. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the perforation hole 22 is perforated obliquely upward. The inclination angle of the drilled hole 22 is set to be equal to the angle formed by the support rod 15 and the shelf board 12 when the pedal box 10 is supported by the support rod 15, as shown in FIG. . Further, the diameter of the perforated hole 22 is set to be slightly larger than the diameter of the support rod 15. Numeral 23 is a wood screw, by which the support 21 is screwed onto the lower surface of the shelf board 12.

Place the pedal box 10 in a predetermined position on the underside of the shelf board 12,
It is suspended and supported by bolts 13. Next, the support rod 15 is inserted into the perforation hole 22 of the support 21, and then rotated upward about the pivot 16a to bring the tip of the support rod 15 into contact with the lower surface of the shelf board 12. .
In this state, the support 21 is moved upward using the support rod 15 as a guide, brought into contact with the shelf board 12, and then fixed in that position with wood screws 23. When the pedal box 10 is suspended and supported on the shelf board 12, if the pedal box 10 is tilted in the front-rear direction or twisted in the left-right direction, the position where the tip of the support rod 15 comes into contact with the shelf board 12 should be adjusted. The support 21 is fixed at that position with the tilt and twist corrected. At this time, the diameter of the drilled hole 22 is the same as that of the support rod 15.
Since the diameter is set slightly larger than the diameter of the damper mechanism, it is easy to attach the support 21 even if the angle between the shelf 12 and the damper mechanism is slightly different from the set value.
In addition, since the inclination angle of the drill hole 22 is set to be equal to the angle formed by the support rod 15 and the shelf board 12, when the support tool 21 is moved upward, the shelf board 12
The lower surface of the support 21 can be brought into contact with the upper surface of the support 21 without any gap.

1 remains attached to the shelf board 12, so
By removing the pedal box 10, the mounting position of the support 21 does not shift. Therefore, when reinstalling the pedal box 10, all you have to do is insert the tip of the support rod 15 into the drilled hole 22, and then screw the pedal box 10 onto the shelf board 12 with the bolts 13. There is no need to make any adjustments.

The screw hole 30a has a cross-sectional shape that is elongated from front to back. Reference numeral 31 denotes two cylindrical holes drilled through the support 30, into which the tips of the two support rods 15 can be respectively inserted. The holes are bored at intervals equal to the intervals of the support rods 15. The inclination angle of the perforation hole 31 is also set to be equal to the angle formed by the support rod 15 and the shelf board 12, as in the first embodiment. 3

The support rod 21, 30, 40 is formed and attached to the lower surface of the piano housing 11, and has holding parts 22, 31, 41 capable of holding the tip end of the support rod 15. Therefore, to attach the support 20, with the pedal box 10 attached to the piano housing 11, rotate the support rod 15 while holding the tip of the support rod 15 by the supports 21, 30, and 40. move the supports 21, 30,
40 only needs to be attached to the piano housing 11. Also, when attaching and detaching the pedal box 10 during transportation etc.,
All you have to do is remove the bolts that suspend and support the pedal box 10 on the underside of the piano housing, and pull out the tips of the support rods 15 from the supports 21, 30, 40, and the support rods 15 are pivoted to the pedal box 10. Since it is attached, it cannot be lost. In this way, the work is much easier and less time-consuming than in the past, and the installation and adjustment can be completed.
