Claims (1)
- ゲートに制御信号が入力し主ソース及び該主ソ
ースよりも小さい面積の補助ソースを備えた二重
ソース形のＭＯＳトランジスタと負荷と直流電源
とで閉回路を構成する主回路の過電流を検出して
遮断する過電流保護回路において、該過電流保護
回路は前記主ソースと前記補助ソース間に挿入さ
れた電流検出抵抗の電流検出信号がゲートに入力
しアノードが前記ＭＯＳトランジスタのゲートに
接続しカソードが前記主ソースに接続するサイリ
スタを含むことを特徴とする過電流保護回路。
