Conventionally, the wiring of the conductive wire of the electric heater built into this type of seat to the power source was done by fixing the terminal of the conductive wire to an insertion type connector, etc., and because it was fixed, it was difficult for a person to sit in the seat. It is dangerous to trip over the conductive wire when standing or moving, and the conductive wire may be cut or the connection may come off.

This invention was devised in view of these deficiencies.
If a person trips on a conductive wire while sitting, standing, or moving, the conductive wire will easily come off at the connection point, preventing danger and also preventing wire breakage. This is the purpose of this invention.
A magnetic switch connected to an electric heater built into a seat and a conductive wire led out from the electric heater, the connection being established by magnetic action on the male and female sides, and easily detachable by external force from the lateral direction; An electric seat heater device comprising a changeover switch and a fuse box connected in series to a type switch,
By using a magnetic switch as described above at the connection point of the conductive wire, when an external force is applied, such as when someone hooks it with their foot, the magnetic switch part will easily come off, preventing danger and preventing the conductive wire from breaking. It also prevents

The details of the magnetic switch 2 are as shown in FIG. 2, and it consists of a male switch 10 and a female switch 15.
One side is connected to the conductive wire 6 from the seat 1, the other side is connected to the convex terminals 12, 12 in the recess 11, and the central recess 1
3 is provided with a magnet 14, while the female switch 15 has an outer diameter on the male switch 10 side that fits into the recess 11.
When 5 is fitted to the male switch 10, the convex terminal 12,
Concave terminals 16, 16 into which the magnet 12 fits, and a magnet 17 into which the magnet 14 fits are provided in the center, and conductive wires 7, 7 are drawn out from the other end.
In this manner, the male and female switches 15, 10 are connected by the action of the respective magnets 17, 14, and are configured so that they can be easily separated by external force from the lateral direction. Further, as described above, the male side switch 10 having the convex terminals 12, 12 on the seat side,
The reason why the female switch 15 with the concave terminals 16, 16 is placed on the power side is because if the convex terminals 12, 12 are placed on the power side, there is a risk of a short circuit if something accidentally comes into contact with the convex terminals 12, 12. Therefore, for safety reasons, it is desirable that the male side switch 10 be placed on the seat side where there is no power source.

The present device is constructed as described above, and when heating is required, the male and female switches 15, 10 of the magnet switch 2 are fitted in place, and when the change-over switch 3 is switched on to energize, electricity is passed through the electric heater in the seat, which generates heat and heats the seat 1. If an overcurrent flows due to some reason, the fuse box 4 breaks, cutting off the current and ensuring safety. Also, when a person stands up, sits down, or moves from the seat, if the conductive wire is caught by the foot, the male and female switches 15, 10 of the magnet switch 2 will break, and the electric heater will be turned on.
The magnets 17, 14 of the male and female switches 15, 10 separate to maintain safety, and although the adhesive strength of the male and female switches 15, 10 is strong in the vertical direction (direction of the conductive wires), it is weak against external forces from the horizontal direction, so they separate easily, and when reconnecting, they are easily connected by the action of the magnets 17, 14.

As mentioned above, the wiring part of the seat heater of the present invention uses the magnetic switch 2 at the connection part of the conductive wire from the seat 1 to the power supply side, so even if a person hooks it with their foot when moving from the seat. As mentioned above, it is easy to disconnect and is safe, there is no risk of wire breakage, and connection is easy due to the action of magnets, and it has great practical effects when applied to seats where people move frequently.
