率は第4図に示すようであつた。 An embodiment of the soundproof panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing one of the above-mentioned panels, and 1 is a corrugated sheet, which is formed by forming a thin metal sheet or a synthetic resin sheet into a corrugated shape.
It has a large number of through holes 2 arranged randomly or regularly, and mainly functions as a surface material, a shape retaining material, and a wave-like sound absorbing material. 3 is a sound-insulating coating film, which is partially extracted and shown in enlarged view in Figure 2, and is coated to a thickness of about 0.2 to 3 mm on the back surface of the corrugated plate 1, and is mainly used as a sound-insulating material, a sound-absorbing material, and a vibration-proofing material. It is something. To explain further, the sound insulation coating film 3 is made of, for example, a one-component or two-component polyurethane resin (including urethane rubber type), a hardening agent, and lead powder. 3 to 10 parts by weight of Freon 11, 100 parts by weight of polyether polyol (required only for two-component type),
Add 100 parts by weight of lead powder (150-300 mesh),
Mixed and formed into a thickness of about 0.5 to 3 mm,
Alternatively, lead powder may be added to a commercially available paint to control the viscosity. Note that the sound insulation coating film 3 is made of polyurethane resin, and when a foaming agent is added, the foaming is reduced to about 2 to 4 times. 4 is a synthetic resin foam, such as polyurethane foam,
These foams include polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyethylene foam, polystyrene foam, and foams made by adding pearlite grains, shirasu balloons, etc. to these foams, and the surface is formed into a wavy shape corresponding to the corrugated plate 1, and the back surface is a flat surface. It is a molded object. The synthetic resin foam 4 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a sound absorbing material, and a vibration isolating material. Reference numeral 5 is an adhesive which is made of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, or rubber and is interposed between the adherends in the form of dots or films. 6 is lead foil with a thickness of 0.1
With a thickness of ~1 mm, it mainly functions as a sound insulating material and a waterproofing material. Reference numeral 7 is an aluminum foil that is bonded to the back side of the lead foil through an adhesive, and serves as a heat radiating material and an interior material. Therefore, the corrugated plate 1 is a vinyl chloride resin plate (thickness 1 mm, wave height 5 mm, through holes 2
The size is 3mmφ and 5 pieces are randomly arranged in 10mm), and the sound insulation coating 3 is a polyurethane resin paint with lead powder.
250 mesh to a thickness of approximately 1 mm, and the foam layer of the paint alone has a density of 30 Kg/m 3 , and the synthetic resin foam 4 is a hard polyurethane foam with a density of 30 Kg/m 3 and a thickness.
25mm, adhesive 5 is rubber-based and applied in the form of a film.
A lead foil 6 (thickness: 0.5 mm) was used for this, and an aluminum foil 7 having a thickness of 20 microns and laminated on kraft paper was used. Therefore, the results of testing according to JIS-A-1416 are shown in Figure 3. Moreover, the sound absorption coefficient of this panel was as shown in FIG.

That is, FIG. 5 shows a panel in which lead foil 6 and aluminum foil 7 are protruded outward from one side wall of the synthetic resin foam 4, and is useful for strengthening the sound insulation of the joint area. These are other embodiments of the corrugated sheet 1, and the corrugated sheet 1 can also be formed in end views and cross-sectional views as shown in FIGS. 7a to 7c. That is, figures a and b show embossed material formed into a wave shape, and figure c shows a corrugated plate with small undulations formed along the contour of the wave-like cross section. Further, as the adhesive 5, a flexible hot-melt adhesive can be used to improve vibration-proofing properties and sound-absorbing properties. In particular, the fact that the adhesive is highly flexible acts effectively as a vibration-proofing material and a sound-absorbing material, and is useful for further improving sound-absorbing properties.

Synthetic resin foam, which functions as a heat insulator and vibration isolator, is interposed between the corrugated sheet, lead foil, and sound insulation coating, which are useful for sound absorption, sound insulation, and shape retention, and are integrally formed, resulting in excellent sound insulation and heat insulation. It has the characteristics of being a soundproof panel that has sound absorption properties, sound absorption properties, and radiation resistance. In addition, since the soundproof panel was formed by combining lightweight materials,
It has the characteristic of being easy to construct.
