下戸の開閉にも大きな力を要した。 When opening and closing the upper and lower doors provided in the window frame using a conventional lift-and-lower window mechanism, the opening/closing width was the same for both the upper and lower doors. However, in practical terms, although it was necessary to open the lower door wide, there was no need to open the upper door as wide as this, and it was sufficient to open it slightly for ventilation. However, with conventional mechanisms, it is impossible to meet the above demands, and a large amount of force is required to open and close the upper and lower doors.
そこで、本考案は、上述のような実情に鑑みて

To provide a mechanism for opening an upper door a little to the extent necessary for ventilation, and to provide a mechanism for opening and closing a raising/lowering window more easily.

動開閉するように構成された点にある。 Therefore, the feature of the present invention is that a linear interlocking member having a concave and convex portion is attached to the upper door and the lower door that are attached to the vertical window frame, and a linear interlocking member having a concave and convex portion is attached, and a rotor that engages or meshes with the concave and convex portion is used to connect the upper and lower doors. In a window in which the upper door and the lower door can be opened and closed by vertical movement, the rotor has concave and convex teeth with different numbers of teeth. The rotor is pivoted to a stationary part such as a frame so that the concave and convex teeth rotate simultaneously, and the concave and convex teeth of the rotor with a small number of teeth are used as the interlocking member of the upper door, and the concave and convex teeth with a large number of teeth are used as the interlocking member of the lower door. The upper door is made heavier than the lower door, and the lower door is constructed so that it can be opened and closed in the opposite direction to a larger extent than the upper door.

The upper and lower doors 1 and 2 are attached to vertical window frames 3 and 3 so as to be able to move up and down, and the entire window frame 4 is It is vertically thin and rectangular. These upper and lower doors 1, 2 have linear interlocking members 6, 7 having uneven parts 5 like racks, etc.
By attaching a rotor 8 such as a gear that engages or meshes with the uneven portion 5 and pivotally supporting the window vertical frame 3, it is possible to easily open either the upper door 1 or the lower door 2 by hand. Therefore, if the door is operated upward or downward from the closed state shown in FIG. 1, the other lower door 2 or upper door 1 will open and close in conjunction with the upward or downward direction of arrows D and C.

に、下戸2の下縁部に取手12を突設する。 As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rotor 8 is formed by integrating the concave-convex teeth 9 with a large number of teeth and the concave-convex teeth 10 with a small number of teeth. The rotor 8 is rotatably mounted on a support shaft 11 approximately in the upper and lower center of the vertical window frames 3, 3.
It is pivoted by. Further, the concave and convex teeth 9 of the rotor 8 having a large number of teeth are engaged with the interlocking member 7 attached to the lower door 2, and the concave and convex teeth 10 of the rotor 8 having a small number of teeth are engaged with the interlocking member 6 attached to the upper door 2. or interlock.
Furthermore, in order to dynamically open and close the upper and lower doors 1 and 2 smoothly and easily, the glass 14 of the upper door 1 is made thicker than the glass 15 of the lower door 2, and the weight of the upper door 1 is reduced by the lower door 2. be heavier than its own weight. Further, a handle 12 is provided protruding from the lower edge of the lower door 2 in order to move the lower door 2 up and down.

When the handle 12 is lifted upward, the lower door 2 rises as shown by arrow D, and at the same time, the upper door 1 lowers as shown by arrow C. At this time, due to the difference in the number of concave and convex teeth 9 and 10 on the rotor 8, even if the lower door 2 is lifted upwards, the upper door 1 will only descend a little, and the opening of the upper door 1 will be lower than that of the lower door 2. It will only open slightly. Also, upper and lower doors 1 and 2
When closing the lower door 2, which has been lifted upward as described above, is lowered downward and the lower door 2 is closed, and in conjunction with this, the slightly opened upper door 1 can also be easily closed.

The rotor 8 is pivotally attached to the window frame 3, etc., and the concave and convex teeth 10 of the rotor 8, which have a small number of teeth, also engage or mesh with the interlocking member 6 attached to the upper door 1, and are pivotally attached to the window frame 3, etc. . Then, the concave and convex teeth 9 and 10 are attached separately, and a connecting member 13 is suspended on the concave and convex teeth 9 and 10 to rotate in conjunction with each other. In this way, in FIG. 5, the rotor 8 has separate uneven teeth 9, 10.

10 is of integral construction, and an actuation lever 16 for operating a support shaft 11 on which the rotor 8 is pivotally supported in the direction of the arrow is pivotally attached to the support shaft 11, and one end of the operation lever 19 is attached to the vertical window frame 3. Protrudes from the indoor surface. In addition, upper and lower doors 1,
Among the interlocking members 6 and 7 attached to the upper door 2, the interlocking member 6 attached to the upper door 1 is provided with a step to form uneven parts 5 and 5. Then, the uneven teeth 9, 10 of the rotor 8
However, by operating the actuating lever 16, either one of them engages and meshes with the concavo-convex portion 5. At this time, the concave and convex teeth 9 of the rotor 8 are always engaged or meshed with the interlocking member 7 attached to the lower door 2.
This figure shows a case where the amount of vertical movement of the upper door 1 is smaller than that of the lower door 2 because the concave and convex teeth 10 having a small number of teeth mesh with the interlocking member 6 of the upper door 1. Then, move the rotor 8 to the right in the same figure to the operating lever 16.
By switching, the interlocking member 7 of the lower door 2 and the interlocking member 6 of the upper door 1 are connected via only the uneven teeth 9, so that the upper door 1 and the lower door 2 can be switched to have the same vertical movement amount.

Also, compared to lower door 2, upper door 1
lowers only slightly, so lower door 2 is lower than before.
You can enlarge the open space on the side, which makes you feel very comfortable. Furthermore, upper door 1 is lower door 2
Since it is heavier, it is dynamically balanced and allows the upper and lower doors 1 and 2 to be opened and closed very lightly and smoothly. Therefore, even if the window is large, it can be opened and closed easily even by children without requiring much force, making it extremely convenient in practice.
