本考案はベルトサンダー機における研削加工材
通路間隙調整用ダイヤルに係り、荒研削用、仕上
研削用などの砥粒の荒さ、その砥粒を接着する基
紙、基布の厚さ等から来るサンデイングベルトの
厚さに合わせた通路間隙調整を簡易に判別出来る

ルト7の上面走行部を以て材料移送面8上に突出
する支持ブロツク9を設け、該ブロツク9に取付
けた案内ロール10,10aとテンシヨン兼舵取
ロール11にサンデイングベルト12を掛け、案
内ロール10,10aの間に研削部13を設置し
てベルトサンダー機Aを構成し、そのサンダー機
の研削材料投入入口14の前に、送材ベルトテー
ブル4に、材料移送面と同一水準にした載置台1
5の脚部16を取付け、サンデイングフレーム2
には、前記の載置台15上に臨むゲージ取付枠1
7を支持するアーム18を取付け、ゲージ取付枠
17には載置台15上に乗せた研削加工材もしく
はそのモデルに接して少し上昇する接触子21の
支持筒19と、ゲージ22の取付部20とを設
け、ハンドル3により送材テーブル4を上昇し、
載置台15上の研削加工材もしくはモデルの上昇
に接触子がゲージ22のスピンドル23に接して
指針が振れたとき、該指針をゲージ22の0目盛

てから、そのあとは経験により前記のベルトの厚
さに合つた修正を施さなねばならなかつたが、本
考案のゲージの使用により、外周回転板26の0
目盛を所要の表示28に合わせるだけの手間で、
サンデイングベルト12のいろいろの厚さに合つ
た通路間隙を間違いなく設定できるもので、経験
