Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被検体側からラインセンサに向かう測距用
    光線を、その光路中、観察用の光学系を通過した
    後ラインセンサに至る間に、複数の平行な光線に
    分割すると共に、分割光線の結像位置をラインセ
    ンサの光軸方向前後にずらし、分割光線の像のコ
    ントラスト及び惚けに応じたラインセンサの出力
    信号を比較制御しながら合焦動作を行う顕微鏡の
    自動焦点調整機構であつて、 測距用光線の光路中、観察用の光学系を通過し
    た後ラインセンサに至る間に、シリンドリカル凹
    レンズを、その円筒軸方向がラインセンサの長手
    方向と光学的に一致するように介在させたことを
    特徴とする顕微鏡の自動焦点調整機構。 (2) 前記シリンドリカル凹レンズが、測距用光
    線の光路中、光線の分割後の位置に介在する実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載の機構。
