Claims (1)
- 複数本の鋼管が互いに突合わせ溶接されて形成
された管路内を、その一方から吹込まれた圧縮空
気の圧力により前記管路の内周面に外周面を接触
しながら、前記鋼管の長さ方向へ移動する、ポリ
ウレタン製の円柱形状のスクレイピングピグと、
前記スクレイピングピグの移動方向前面に取り付
けられた、前記鋼管の突合わせ溶接部内面に、溶
融金属の垂れ込みによつて生成した溶着金属を、
前記スクレイピングピグとともに移動しながら削
り落とすための、前記溶着金属よりも高硬度の、
外周端面が中間部から外側に向かつて傾斜してい
る、円盤形状のスクレイピングプレートとからな
ることを特徴とする、スクレイピング装置。
