  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 処理液循環路中を液流により布帛その他の繊維
    製品を循環させる間に、染色その他の処理を行な
    う液流処理装置において、 ほぼ水平方向に伸びた処理槽とこの処理槽の出
    口部に連結されたヘツダー部と処理液噴射部とを
    有する上部処理槽と、この上部処理槽の入口部と
    前記処理液噴射部にそれぞれ両端を接続された下
    部処理槽とによつて環状処理通路を設け、 前記環状処理通路に少なくとも一つ設けられた
    吸込口より液吸込管、ポンプ及び熱交換器を介し
    て前記処理液噴射部に至るよう処理液循環路を設
    け、 前記処理液循環路の前記熱交換器から前記処理
    液噴射部に至る通路で分岐して、前記処理液噴射
    部の導入口の上位位置に開口するように調整弁付
    液供給部を設け、 この調整弁付液供給部からの処理液が前記液噴
    射部の吸込みを充足すると共に余剰量が上面より
    前記上部処理槽側へ逆流するように設けたことを
    特徴とする繊維製品の液流処理装置におけるヘツ
    ダー部。
