Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 複数の膜状光電変換素子を支持基板の絶縁
    表面で支持し、当該絶縁表面上で上記光電変換素
    子を電気的に直列接続せしめた光起電力装置であ
    つて、上記支持基板は絶縁表面と背面とを連通せ
    しめる連通手段を備え、該連通手段の絶縁表面側
    に上記複数の光電変換素子の直列出力端が背面に
    向つて設けられていることを特徴とした光起電力
    装置。 (2) 上記連通手段は支持基板の切欠であること
    を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の光起電力装置。 (3) 上記連通手段は支持基板の透孔であること
    を特徴とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の光起電力装置。
