Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケースのケースカバーとの合せ面にパツキンと
    ノツクピンを組付ける装置において、 連続的にノツクピンを取出せるパーツフイーダ
    ーの出口端面に沿つて一側に凹部を有するスライ
    ダーを摺動させ、ノツクピンを前記凹部に保持位
    置決めするノツクピン取出し装置と、 位置決めされたパツキンを積み重ねて保持する
    パツキン保持部と、該パツキン保持部の側方に配
    設されるノツクピン仮置台とを有するテーブル装
    置と、 前記パツキンを仮置きし、該仮置パツキンのノ
    ツク孔の位置に貫通孔を有するパツキン仮置台と
    、該パツキン仮置台の下方に配設され、当該パツ
    キン仮置台の下方の一側に配設されるノツクピン
    受台をパツキン仮置台の前記貫通孔の直下まで移
    動させるノツクピン移動装置とからなるパツキン
    ・ノツクピン仮置装置と、 レールに沿つて連動して動くと共に、各ヘツド
    の下部が上下動する取出しヘツド、仮置ヘツド及
    び組付ヘツドから構成され、取出しヘツドにて前
    記ノツクピン取出し装置のスライダー凹部内のノ
    ツクピンを前記テーブル装置のノツクピン仮置台
    上に移動し、仮置ヘツドにてテーブル装置上のパ
    ツキン及びノツクピン仮置台内のノツクピンを前
    記パツキンノツクピン仮置装置のパツキン仮置台
    及びノツクピン受台にそれぞれ移動し、組付ヘツ
    ドにてパツキンノツクピン仮置装置のパツキン仮
    置台上のパツキン及び該パツキン仮置台の貫通孔
    直下に移動したノツクピンを移動して、位置決め
    された前記のケースの合せ面に組付けるパツキン
    ・ノツクピン移動装置と からなることを特徴とするパツキン及びノツクピ
    ンの同時組付装置。
