ジスタ回路の一実施例を示す電気回路図、第２図
は従来のＮＰＮ型トランジスタを２個ダーリント
ン接続してなる代表的な電気回路、第３図は従来
のＮＰＮ型トランジスタとＰＮＰ型トランジスタ
をダーリントン接続してなる代表的な電気回路図
である。 Ｑ１，Ｑ４は後段のトランジスタ、Ｑ２，Ｑ５
は前段のトランジスタ、Ｒ１，Ｒ２，Ｒ３，Ｒ４
は抵抗、Ｑ３はトランジスタ、Ｔ１，Ｔ２は駆動
信号端子。なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部
分を示す。

- 前段にＰＮＰ型トランジスタを、後段にＮＰＮ
型トランジスタをダーリントン接続したトランジ
スタ回路において、前段のＰＮＰ型トランジスタ
のエミツタにエミツタを、後段のＮＰＮ型トラン
ジスタのコレクタにベースとコレクタを接続した
ＮＰＮ型トランジスタを備えたことを特徴とする
トランジスタ回路。
