- パツケージの側面より複数のピンを導出したも
のにおいて、上記パツケージの上面に、パツケー
ジ上面とほぼ同一形状を有し、かつ、各ピンに対
応する位置にそれぞれのピンのピン番号、信号名
、内部接続等のピン識別記号を記載した識別ラベ
ルを貼着したことを特徴とする電子部品。
