As shown in Fig. 1, a conventional panel consists of a panel frame 1 formed by framing galvanized channel steel plates into a rectangular shape, and a panel surface plate formed of plywood or particle board on top of this panel frame 1. There is one with 2 attached. However, in this panel, the upper surface 1a of the panel frame 1 made of galvanized steel plate is corroded by water absorbed into the panel surface plate 2 (mainly caused by dew condensation water generated on the lower surface of the panel surface plate 2). I had a problem.

An embodiment of this invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. That is, this panel A is
As shown in the figure, a metal panel frame 5 made of a galvanized steel plate is placed between a wooden panel surface plate 3 made of particle board or plywood and a waterproof sheet 4 interposed therebetween.
As shown in FIG. 3, a large number of ventilation holes 6 are formed in the non-opposing portion 4a of the panel frame 5 of the waterproof sheet 4.

As a result of this configuration, since the joint between the panel surface plate 3 and the panel frame 5 can be waterproofed by separating them with the waterproof sheet 4, corrosion of the metal panel frame 5 can be prevented. In addition, since a large number of ventilation holes 6 are formed in the non-opposed portion 4a of the panel frame 5 in the waterproof sheet 4, the ventilation holes 6 allow ventilation between the panel interior 7 and exterior 8 through the panel surface plate 3. In other words, the inside of the panel 7 can be prevented from becoming highly humid, and the corrosion rate of the inner circumferential surface 5a of the metal panel frame 5 can also be reduced. Moreover, the panel surface board 3 before panel assembly is wrapped in a nylon film, and this nylon film can be used as a waterproof sheet 4 by leaving only the back side of the panel surface board 3, so that the materials used can be used efficiently. You can also do it. In that case, the nylon film breaking operation may be performed after the panel surface plate 3 is screwed to the panel frame 5, or may be performed before the screwing.

As described above, the panel of this invention includes a metal panel frame, a wood panel surface plate attached to one side of the panel frame, and a peripheral edge sandwiched between the metal panel frame and the wood panel surface plate. Since the metal panel frame is provided with a waterproof sheet in which ventilation holes are formed in the portion not facing the metal panel frame, the corrosion resistance of both the panel surface plate joint portion of the metal panel frame and the inner circumferential surface of the panel frame is excellent.
