Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エピタキシヤル成長用材料を収容した耐熱性管
２２と、該耐熱性管２２の内部を排気する排気手
段２９と、該耐熱性管２２に還元性ガスを導入す
るガス配管２１と、前記耐熱性管２２の内部の酸
素ガス濃度を検知する酸素ガス検知手段２７と、
前記耐熱性管２２を封止する封止手段とからなる
構成に於いて、 前記耐熱性管２２のガス出口側にガス流出管２
５を設け、該ガス流出管２５に前記耐熱性管２２
内部の酸素ガス濃度を検知する酸素ガス検知手段
２７を設けるとともに、前記耐熱性管２２のガス
入口側に、排気手段２９をガス下流側に設けた還
元性ガス配管２１を、該ガス配管２１より分岐し
たガス導入管２４を介して接続することを特徴と
する半導体結晶製造装置。
