CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric oscillator 1 is placed between one side metallic- block 2 and the other side metallic-block 3, and one side screw 4a at least for a bolt 4 provided with screws at both the ends is screw-fitted and fixed on the one side metallic-block 2. The bolt 4 is penetrated through the piezoelectric oscillator 1 and the other side metallicblock 3, and on the other side screw 4b of the bolt 4, a nut 5 is screw-fitted to compose a stator 6.
