    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料を挿入した回転体を高速回転させ遠心分離
    を行う遠心機において、駆動軸のスラスト荷重（
    軸方向荷重）を受ける軸受としてボールベアリン
    グを有し、かつ、前記ボールベアリングとハウジ
    ングの間に２枚以上の波ワツシヤが重ねて挿入さ
    れていることを特徴とする遠心機の高速回転駆動
    装置。
