弁構造等を利用することによつて冷却媒体の循環
経路を切り換える流路変換機構を付加し、これに
よつて機器に設けた冷却媒体の入口及び出口が所
定の時間毎に正確に切換えられるように構成して
なる冷却媒体の供給装置。 (2) 流路変換機構は、冷却媒体を供給する供給
管と機器に設けた一方の接続管との間に流路切換
弁を具えた冷却媒体の送り込み方向制御弁を介在
させ、また、機器に設けた残る一方の接続管と冷
却媒体の排出管との間にも流路切換弁を具えた冷
却媒体の流出方向制御弁を介在させ、更に、前記
した送り込み方向制御弁と流出方向制御弁との間
には冷却媒体の供給流路を変更させるための供給
用バイパス管と、冷却媒体の排出路を変更させる
ための排出用バイパス管とを介在させることによ
