Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect the speed signal of a driving coil accurately, by constituting a drive current detecting resistance with a material having almost the same resistance temperature coefficient as the driving coil and by providing it in a magnetic non-contact condition with the driving coil. CONSTITUTION:The output of an output circuit 11 is applied to a driving coil L through a driving current detecting resistance R1, while it is applied to a DC circuit composed of a driving output detecting resistance R2 and a driving output detecting capacitor C1. The voltage across the driving current detecting resistance R1 and the voltage across the driving output detecting capacitor C1 are compared and operated by an operation circuit 12 to detect the speed signal of the driving coil L. Here, as the driving current detecting resistance R1 a resistance R3 is used which has almost the same resistance coefficient L. Furthermore, this driving current detecting resistance R3 is arranged in such a magnetic non-contact condition as can neglect the influence of the driving coil L magnetically.
