Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the title film which does not curl when laminated with a metallic foil, is sufficiently flexible and does not undergo brittle fracture when bent, by molding a blend of a polyether ketone resin and an inorganic filler into a film. CONSTITUTION:90-40wt.% polyether ketone resin of the formula is mixed with 10-60wt.% inert inorganic filler (e.g., CaCO3) of a mean particle diameter <=10mu, and the mixture is kneaded and pelletized with a twin-screw extruder and extruded into a film.
