使用する素電池を素電池収納ケースに収納した状
態で示す概略断面図であり、第２図は第１図の要
部拡大断面図である。第３図は常温型メタノール
燃料電池の一例を示す概略断面図である。第４図
は従来の素電池を素電池収納ケースに収納した状
態で示す概略断面図である。 １……素電池、２……燃料槽、３……燃料、１
１……正極、１２……負極、１３……電解質層、
１４……正極板、１４ａ……孔、１４а１……正
極と接触しない側の開口部、１４ａ２……正極と
接触する側の開口部、１５……負極板。

Claims (1)
- 空気極としての正極１１と、メタノール極とし
ての負極１２との間に電解質層１３を配置し、上
記正極１１の電解質層１３と接触する側とは反対
側の面に正極板１４を配置し、負極１２の電解質
層１３と接触する側とは反対側の面に負極板１５
を配置した素電池１を燃料槽２に取り付けてなる
常温型メタノール燃料電池であつて、上記正極板
１４が合成樹脂製で、かつ該正極板１４に、正極
１１と接触しない側の開口部１４ａ１の面積が正
極１１と接触する側の開口部１４ａ２の面積より
小さい孔１４ａを設けていることを特徴とする常
温型メタノール燃料電池。
