いた。 Conventionally, in the case of this type of synthetic resin container for dropping pharmaceutical liquids, the height of the main body of the container was less than 3.0 times the thickness;
In addition, the width is less than 1.8 times the thickness, and the ratio of the head space to the total volume is 20% or less, and the thickness of the wall that makes up this is uniform from the upper part to the lower part. For this reason, when it is actually used, the center of the main body of the container first deforms and dents due to the external pressure in response to the internal negative pressure when the chemical solution starts dropping, and the deformation dents. The chemical solution remains in the upper part of the container than where it was inserted, and when the dripping has progressed considerably, the drug solution remaining on this deformed recess passes between the narrow walls and the liquid level suddenly drops all at once. However, it was impossible to drip the chemical solution evenly and evenly (see Fig. 8). In addition, since the liquid level of the chemical solution fluctuates irregularly as described above, it is impossible to attach a scale to the container, and even if it were, the accuracy was extremely low and it was impossible to accurately visually check the remaining amount. For this reason, in the case of conventional synthetic resin containers for dropping pharmaceutical liquids, a method was adopted in which air was introduced into the head space by inserting an air needle into the head space. Bacteria such as bacteria enter the air needle through the air needle, causing accidents and other inconveniences that threaten the patient's life.

す。 In the figure, 1 is polypropylene, polyethylene, which has a hanging part 2 at the top and a chemical solution dripping port 3 at the bottom end.
The main body of the container is made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, and the main body 4 of the container has a height h of at least 3.0 times the thickness t, and a width w of at least 1.8 times the thickness t, preferably 2.2 times or more. It is formed in a cross-sectional shape. Further, the thickness t of the container main body 4 is the same on the upper and lower sides. Further, the container body 1 has the container main body 4 formed to have the same width above and below, and the container main body 4
The thickness of the wall portion 5 at a position near or above the liquid level of the chemical liquid when storing the chemical liquid is made thinner than the wall thickness of the lower portion having the same thickness, while reducing the head space relative to the total volume. 8 to 25% or more. The container shown in FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
, whose height h is at least 3.0 times the thickness t,
The width w at the maximum part is preferably at least 1.8 times the thickness t.
2.2 times or more, and the width is gradually narrowed from the upper side to the lower side, and the ratio of the head space 8 to the total volume is 25
% or more, and is molded into a cross-sectional shape. Further, the thickness t of the main body 4 of the container is the same on the upper and lower sides. Also in this embodiment, the wall thickness of the wall portion 5 near the liquid level of the main body 4 of the container or above the liquid level is
It is formed thinner than the wall thickness of the lower part, which has the same wall thickness. In the figure, 6 indicates a drug solution, and 7 indicates a needle.

液はスムーズにその殆んどが滴下される。 The mode of operation of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. Since the wall portion 5 is made thinner than the lower portion, it is ensured that the wall portion 5 begins to deform and dent first. As the dripping progresses further, the wall of the container main body 4 is recessed as shown in (b), and the internal and external pressures are balanced. At the same time, the liquid level of the chemical liquid 6 is always below the recessed part, and there is no residual accumulation in the upper part, so that the chemical liquid is dripped smoothly on average. As the dropping progresses further, the container gradually deforms and recesses from the upper part to the lower part, resulting in the state shown in C, and most of the chemical solution is dripped smoothly.

できる。 As described above, according to the present invention, the medicinal solution is dripped smoothly on average, and the deformation and depression of the container body 1 always starts from the wall portion 5 and is performed smoothly from the upper part to the lower part. As shown in Figure 7, the liquid level of the medicinal solution decreases on average. Therefore, if an appropriate scale is attached to the container body, the scale can be read with high precision and the remaining amount of the liquid content can be visually checked at all times. can do.
