Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the shock of mechanical system backlash or the like at the initiation of acceleration or deceleration, by reducing the change rate of an actual torque commands value at the initiation of the acceleration or deceleration, and by increasing the change rate later. CONSTITUTION:By an EV controller 18, arithmetic is performed on motor output torque command TO according to the speed command signal A of a car body 100 through an accelerator 16 and the rotational frequency signal w of a motor 10 obtained by a rotational sensor 20. Then, from a torque rise characteristic processing section 20, based on the motor output torque command TO, an actual torque command value T is fed to an inverter controller 22. Then, at the time of accepting the suggestion of acceleration at the accelerator 16, the rise of the actual torque command value T is slowly performed, and after that, the actual torque command value T is suddenly increased. As a result, shock at the time of acceleration or deceleration can be prevented from occurring.
