Abstract
PURPOSE: To regenerate a superannuated pipe with a large bore in a small pit by spraying a mortar after cleaning an inner surface of an established superannuated pipe and providing lining stainless steel plate to overlap predetermined overlapping sections. CONSTITUTION: A mortar 2 is sprayed after cleaning and drying an inner surface of an established superannuated pipe 1. Then a stainless steel plate 3 having a certain size corresponding to an inner diameter of the pipe is brought into the superannuated pipe 1 to provide lining to overlap a predetermined overlapping section b. An overlapped joint section is treated by TIG welding, and after finishing welding, a low adhesive and high permeable resin seal agent 4 is poured pressuring at space between the stainless steel plate and a mortar wall and overlapped sections of stainless steel plates.
