Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance printing quality, by providing a GND pattern being an earthing conductor on an insulating substrate and providing a large number of lead-out parts each connected to said GND pattern at one terminal thereof and connected to an external connection wire at the other terminal thereof to an LED array part at a predetermined interval. CONSTITUTION:A GND pattern (earthing conductor) 2 is formed on a ceramic substrate and earth terminal parts 3, 3 are formed to both ends thereof. Earth lead-out pattern parts 5 of the GND pattern 2 are provided to the array part of an LED printer head and connected to FPC pressure contact terminal parts 6 on an earth side through ground line lead-out part 7. Power supply lines 4, 4 are respectively connected to the FPC pressure contact terminals 9 on the power supply side through power supply line lead-out parts 10. Therefore, the current flowing to the line 2 flows to a large number of the earth lead-out patterns 5, lead-out parts 7 and pressure contact terminals 6 in a split from. As a result, the line drop of the GND pattern 2 is reduced and uniformized to reduce the variation in the quantity of light of LED and printing quality or image quality is enhanced.
