Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operator's operatability by integrating the sections, diagnosis sections, etc., of respective master files, converting the diagnosis section code of a precedently inputted common master file into the diagnosis section code of an action master file and inputting the converted code. CONSTITUTION:The common master file 3 storing portion information is formed correspondingly to the action master files, i.e. a point master file 1 and a disease name master file 2. The formats of respective master files are integrated, each master file can be distinguished by the 'section' and the 'diagnosis section', i.e. information of diagnosis action or the like, of the action master file can be automatically inputted to the 'diagnosis section' of an account card file corresponding to each pacient independently of the reference order of the action master file and the common master file referred by the operator. Thus, the improvement of operatability, the effective utilization of resources and the simplification of processing program constitution can be attained.
