Abstract

PURPOSE:To save power consumption, by performing a power supply to a heat generating body intermittently in a device which detects an ambient warmth condition from a supply power to the heat generating body arranged in a hollow body. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of a hollow body 12 covered with a heat insulating case 14 is made better in reflection to light and heat and an open end thereof is covered with a porous cover 13. A heat generating body 10 is arranged in the hollow body 12 to perform a radiant heat exchange, convective heat exchange and the like with an ambient environment. A control means 16 controls the heat generating body 10 by a time counting means 15 to generate heat at a fixed temperature intermittently. A judging means 17 detects an ambient temperature sensing condition corresponding to the warmth sense of a human body from a power supplied to the heat generating body 10 from the control means 16, thereby controlling an air-conditioning equipment from the results of detection.
